This house is a two-storey stilt 7000 sqft wooden house in Sanibel, FL.

It has seven bathrooms, all with marble slab tubs and showers. All five bedrooms have their own private bar with granite tops.
The first floor was done in 24 x 24 Travertine marble, offset joints, the kitchen floor was made with 16 slabs of granite.
The kitchen countertop was made out of granite.
The home is surrounded by five balconies with 24 x 24 ceramic tile.
 

The challenges in this house were the transportation of the material from the mainland to the house on the island and the hauling of the material up to the appropriate floor.

One slap of granite could weigh up to 1,600 lbs.
